SoCal Nike RBI is putting together a select group of players to participate in the Utah Tech Team Showcase, Nov. 14 - 17, in St. George, UT.  This amazing opportunity will provide players with a unique collegiate level travel experience to explore their interest in pursuing the game at the next level.  This event is not an exclusive recruitment opportunity to Utah Tech, but an opportunity to experience baseball on a college level and receive valuable feedback from a Division I level coaching staff.  If you have any interest in playing baseball at the collegiate level, this opportunity provides you the experience and information to assist you in your journey and college selection.  Games will be played against other high school and/or club based teams from Utah, Nevada and California.  

We will host an evaluation/selection day/game on Saturday, Sept. 20 @ 8:30am (warm-ups begin at 8:00pm) at Loara High School (Anaheim).  There is a $25 charge to sign-up and be evaluated for selection to the team.  If selected, your $25 fee will be applied to your Utah Tech Tech Showcase Registration Fee.  Eligible players to be considered must be at a Varsity or Junior College level of play.  Current JC players are eligible for consideration as long as they have not previously attended a four-year university.  Selected players will be notified and a formal registration link will be sent following.  Registration deadline and fees will be due by Friday, Oct. 17.  Registration fees are expected to be $550 - $575 per player, and include the following:

• Three (3) games (7 innings) on Bruce Hurst Field - Utah Tech University,
  
• Showcase/workout with UTT coaches
• Evaluation and feedback from UTT coaches
• Campus and Baseball Facilities Tour - parents included
• Access to baseball facilities for pre-game and game purposes
• College recruitment and scholarship process - information meeting (learn what you don't know) - parents included
• 4 day / 3 night travel: hotel, transportation, breakfast, team meals, hydration, UTT team registration fee
• SoCal Nike RBI Game Shirt and hat  
• Additional team building activities as time permits
